1. Smarter Appointment Scheduling

Enhanced Time Slot Logic

We’ve refined the logic that displays available time slots, making scheduling more precise and reliable. With override schedules now excluded from available slots, you can ensure that only the correct times are offered to clients.

Internal & External IDs

We’ve introduced unique internal and external IDs to the UIs for locations, specialists, and services. This addition makes it easier to track and reference specific items, especially when integrating with external systems.

Linked Appointments & Payments

Connecting appointments with payment transactions is now more seamless. When a customer completes a booking, the associated payment details are automatically linked. This provides a comprehensive record of customer activity in one place—making it simpler to verify a client’s appointment status and payment history in a single view.

Opening Appointments from Multiple Views

  • Appointment Update Pane: Quickly open an appointment while reviewing or modifying its details.
  • Appointment Popup in the Calendar: Jump into an appointment’s full details directly from the calendar view, eliminating unnecessary navigation steps.

View Payment Status in Appointment Details

Payment status and creator details now appear within the Appointment Details pane. No more guesswork—just a clear snapshot of whether a payment was completed, pending, or failed.

Appointment Report Grid

A new Created By field makes it simple to see who scheduled any given booking. This transparency can help identify training needs, streamline accountability, and foster better collaboration across your team.


2. Payment Processing & WhatsApp Messaging

Interactive Payment Links via WhatsApp

We’ve made it easier than ever to share payment requests with customers. Send interactive payment link messages over WhatsApp, turning payment prompts into easily clickable and more engaging experiences.

Payment Link Creation from the Payments Page

You can now create and send new payment links right from the Payments page. This centralizes all payment actions, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of errors or missed requests.

Interactive Messages in Flows

When sending payment links through automated flows, these messages now support interactive formatting. Customers can click, pay, and confirm—all within the same chat window, making the payment process more straightforward and user-friendly.


3. Messaging & Template Improvements

WhatsApp Template Creation Fix

An occasional “Request Timed Out” error was previously affecting WhatsApp template creation. We’ve resolved this issue, so setting up new templates for your campaigns or flows should now be seamless.

Fixed Mora SMS Channel Logs

Messages sent via the Mora-Sa SMS channel are no longer mistakenly categorized as failed. With accurate logging, you can better track message delivery and diagnose issues if they arise.

Improved WhatsApp Template Sending

We’ve implemented reliability updates to reduce template-sending errors. These improvements should help your messages reach clients consistently, ensuring important notifications aren’t missed.


4. General Platform Updates & Fixes

UI Enhancements

  • Updated Template Flows UI: We’ve polished the look and feel of the template flows page to align with our newly introduced flow modal design.
  • Improved Appointment Settings: Appointment settings now feature a more intuitive layout, helping you quickly find the configuration options you need.

Scalability Upgrades

Our server infrastructure has been boosted, improving overall platform performance and reliability. This means a smoother experience even during peak usage times.

Workflow & Automation Fixes

  • Custom Fields Update: Fixed an issue where custom fields weren’t updating correctly with variables in workflows.
  • No-Show Flow: Addressed a problem that prevented the No-Show Flow from triggering in appointment settings.

Other Fixes & Improvements

  • Campaign Reliability: Strengthened backend processes for more stable and consistent campaign launches.
  • Removed Reviews Module: We’ve discontinued the Reviews module to focus on other core features.
  • Practo Scheduler Sync: Practo scheduler now dynamically syncs for a custom number of future days (default is one day), giving you greater flexibility in scheduling.
